Order Payment

After you place the order, you will be redirected to a secured payment page. You can pay your order with Paypal and credit cards. We will not store any of your credit card account information. Order Confirmation

After your order is successful, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address which you used to purchase from us. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, check the spam box in case that it is spammed.

Change or Cancel Your Order

For orders contacts only, please contact us within 24 hours since you placed the order if you want to change or cancel it; please contact us within 6 hours since you placed the order because we will process the order within 8 hours.

Track Your Order

For any updates on your order's shipment information, our customer service will send you emails to let you know where your order arrives and when to arrive. Remember to check your emails regularly.

Return and Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, angelens offers a 30-day return (ps:Contact Lens vials or blister packs must not be opened ) and one-time exchange policy for you. We are sorry that this policy currently does not apply to international orders.When you return it to us by post, the item must be unused in a salable condition, contact lens vials or blister packs must not be opened. And for the client who paid extra fee, we can only refund you your payment of item, because we take already a big part of the shipping. Refunds will be credited to your Paypal account.

PS: Any additional fee of returning item (for example: Charge of custom or some clients choose the receiver to pay the shipping fee) will be reduced from the refund.

We bear the cost of the return shipping for the following problems

  • b.You recieved the wrong contatcs 
    Please send us the photos of the wrong products so that we will send you new products as soon as possible.
